Phoebe smiled as Marions chestnut Thoroughbred pranced alough the beach. Her dirty blond hair swayed in the gentle morning breeze. She urged Kiko into a steady gallop and moved with his new flawless movement. Easy does it, bud. She said softly, keeping him at a controlled speed. Not to fast yet.Phoebe wanted to get Kiko out for an early morning ride before the stable yard got to busy. He wasn't very good in crowds. Plus, she needed some time to relax as well. Being a single mother she didn't get much time to herself. Her daughter, Naomi needed her. Her father died in a racing accident when she was two years old. Phoebe just couldn't bare the thought of being in a relationship with anyone else, but he knew that Naoms needed a father. A sudden burst of speed awoke her from her thoughts and she's regained Kiko's attention. After awhile she let him speed it up a bit. He bucked happily as the waves splashed on his legs. Phoebe laughed and loosened the reins a smidge. That's a boy! Once they had galloped a little longer Phoebe slowed Kiko to a walk. You are one speedy fella! She gave him a pat and let him stretch out. She took a deep breath. Word Count: 211 Training Point: 1055
