THE HORSE;
Registered Name: Come What May Barn Name: May Age: One Breed: Thoroughbred Colour: Grey Markings: Stripe Height: 16.2 hh Gender: Filly
So everybody knows that certain Grey Gene's can have mutations, right? Although we are not certain if her gene's had anything to do with it, May is actually deaf in one ear. She was apparently born with the condition, and because of her slight "disability" people lost hope in her and considered her as unhealthy and some referred to her as a 'disgrace to her sire' although we are unsure of her blood lines, we managed to have a quick conversation with her seller who told us of her problem. May is twin sister to our filly June (Sooner Or Later) and they look completely different on the outside, their personality's are unique, but they have the same running styles, and so you will often see them tying in a race. We avoid racing them together because it can become quite personal between them, but a little bit of sister power can push them ahead too. May is not as heavily built as her sister, very thin legs, light bodied, and a little bit gangly at the moment - but certain to grow out a bit more as she ages. May is not really a people horse, preferring the company of other equines, this preference can sometimes withdraw her from us, and she can become quite secretive. Some horses just never learn to trust completely, and this filly is one of them. Naturally high in spirit, sometimes the presence of people breaks her and she becomes shy and timid. She's often the one that can be seen putting up a fight when being lead into the starting gates, and will often cause quite a commotion once inside.

Race Record: 0-0-0-0 Workout/Training Posts:
May puts up a fight before entering the gates, and struggles and squirms once within. This commotion can often lead to her making a late start, but once she's out from the pressure, she puts her all to make sure she catchs up to the rest and puts a good deal of distance between her and the pack. She is never amongst the pack but usualy keeps herself to the far outside until she is able to take her lead and from there she moves in extremely close to the rail - threatening to graze her jockey's legs, and rockets until the end of the race. She has been known to put a lot of distance between her and the other horses for quite some time, then cool down a bit, allowing the horse behind her to catch up a bit, then having a short battle for lead until the final 200meters when she kicks into gear again and tries her best to stay infront.
