Twin sister to our grey filly Come What May, June is a complete and utter firecracker. Being High sprung and hot-headed puts her at the top of the rankings among the other youngsters. June is pretty tolerant of people attention, but given the chance will lash out aggressively to almost any horse. Yet June gets along amazingly well with her sister and the pair can work together to dominate any situation. If one of the other yearlings have a go at June, May is always there to back her up and vica verca. June is reasonably well built, with a wide rib-cage for lots of heart and lung room, a short but wide head and a very well growing body. She's an amazing rich, red chestnut, and certainly one of the best looking fillies around SPA. June is very quick-thinking and this helps her on the track and in the stable. She's an addict of running away for the thrill of it. If there's a single moment when somebody has their back turned or her lead rope is not quite tied yet, shes off like a bullet just for the adrenaline of people chasing her. She returns to her take-off spot after her run, and if somebody hasn't gone running after her, she will wander around or simply wait until somebody comes looking and then she will be off again.

June is always making a quick start from the gates and gets ahead almost immediately. She makes sure she is always away from the pack, and tries her best to make sure she is never apart of it. June will not allow anybody to block her path, her first resolution is to move away and get a clear view, if this fails all hell will break loose. Whoever thinks a horse's mind is not quick enough to focus on racing and being aggressive all at once haven't met this filly. June will give it her best shot at giving the horse a nice nip on the rump or wherever she can reach. If this doesn't work, she comes to the side of them and forces them closely against the rail, so close at times the stirrups grind against the aluminium. June's style can get quite ugly when she's in the mood for a fight and when she's angry there's no use trying to calm her down because her mind is screened with rage and it simply cant be taken away until she is satisfied. June works well in races with her twin sister May, they work together to hold the other horses up and keep at least one of themselves in front. But unlike May, June is unable to wait for her sister and simply focus's on winning even if it means blackmailing her sister into it.
